Navalior Energy takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights. It applies in accordance with Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 on the protection of personal data and, for people located in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect
We only collect the data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, email address, organisation, phone number, type of request and message. For job applications: the information in your CV.
Purposes and legal bases
This data is used solely to respond to your request, assess your project or application, and follow up on our exchanges. Processing is based on your consent and on Navalior Energy’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to the Navalior Energy and Navalior Group teams handling your request, and to our technical host for message storage. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
International transfers
Our host may store some data outside Côte d’Ivoire or the European Union. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Contact data is kept for no more than three years after our last exchange. Unsuccessful applications are kept for no more than two years unless you object.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking service. Fonts are hosted on our own servers. No cookie consent is therefore required.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@navalior.com. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact Côte d’Ivoire’s telecommunications and ICT regulator (ARTCI) or, if you live in the European Union, your national data protection authority.
